Biddeford Youth Cheering

Policies and Procedures 

The BYC Policies and Procedures were created to be used in conjunction with the Biddeford Youth Cheering Constitution and Bylaws should be reviewed and evaluated annually.

Registration 

Biddeford Youth Cheering sign-ups begin in May. 

Online registration is available at biddefordyouthcheering.org. This is the best way to register.

Registrations will closed for all teams on July 12th. 

Placement for teams are as follows: 

Tikes - Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade

Mites - 3rd and 4th grade

Peewee - 5th and 6th grade. 

Middle School- 7th and 8th grade.

Late sign-ups will only be considered for extenuating circumstances or new residents. 

Registration Fees 

Registration fees and fundraising cover annual league expenses.  Each athlete will receive a t-shirt. A league approved uniform will be purchased by individual families.

Tikes, Mites, Peewee and Middle School: $75

Early Bird Discount: A $10 discount will be given if signed up by the end of April. 

Sibling Discount: A $10 discount will be given for each additional registration.  Please contact for discount.

Refund Policy: There will be no refunds once practices have begun.

Returned Check Fee: A $30 returned check fee will be charged in addition to outstanding balances. 

Credit Card Transactions: Will be assessed a 3% fee when applicable.
